Almond Tofu - 杏仁豆腐

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Agar agar powder

  • aroma (bitter almond aroma extract)

  • sugar

Quantity

  • 500 ml de lait (écrémé, 1/2 écrémé, entier, lait d’amande…)

  • 6 g d’agar-agar poudre (équiv à 3 feuilles de gélatine)

  • 2 c.c. d’extrait d’amande amère

  • 5 c.s. de sucre 50g

Recipe

  1. Mix part of the milk with agar agar powder

  2. Add the rest of the milk into vessel, incorporate the mixture

  3. At medium heat stir until it boil, keep stiring for extra more 2 minutes

  4. Add 5 table spoon of sugar

  5. Add 2 tea spoon of aroma extract

  6. Mix it well

  7. Everthing is ready to rest in recipient, before to refregirate it for 2 to 3 hours.
