Milk
Agar agar powder
aroma (bitter almond aroma extract)
sugar
500 ml de lait (écrémé, 1/2 écrémé, entier, lait d’amande…)
6 g d’agar-agar poudre (équiv à 3 feuilles de gélatine)
2 c.c. d’extrait d’amande amère
5 c.s. de sucre 50g
Mix part of the milk with agar agar powder
Add the rest of the milk into vessel, incorporate the mixture
At medium heat stir until it boil, keep stiring for extra more 2 minutes
Add 5 table spoon of sugar
Add 2 tea spoon of aroma extract
Mix it well
Everthing is ready to rest in recipient, before to refregirate it for 2 to 3 hours.
